Refund policy

Returns
Returns are free for UK orders: we cover the cost of return postage. You can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, items must have their swing tags still attached and come back in their original packaging. We can't accept returns once the swing tags have been removed.

How to return
Email us at hello@cuurve.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we confirm your return, please send it back within 14 days.

Refunds
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, once we've checked it. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock. If your size or style isn't available, we'll refund you instead.

Pre-orders
You pay when you place a pre-order. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once it arrives, the returns policy above applies.

Faulty items
If your item arrives faulty, email hello@cuurve.co with photos and a short description. We'll replace it or give you a full refund, including any shipping costs. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
