Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. For pre-orders, delivery timeframes will begin once your items are in stock and ready to ship.

 

International Delivery

We can ship worldwide for orders above £300. Please get in touch with us at hello@cuurve.co where you would like your order to be sent.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Packaging & Sustainability

Your Cuurve underwear will arrive in our signature sustainable packaging:

  • Plastic-free, recyclable boxes made from FSC-certified materials
  • Acid-free tissue paper
  • Compostable mailer bags for certain shipments
  • Carbon-neutral delivery options where available

We're constantly working to reduce our environmental footprint in our shipping processes, just as we do with our products.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:

  1. Logging into your Cuurve account
  2. Using the tracking link in your dispatch email
  3. Contacting our customer care team at hello@cuurve.co

Pre-Orders

For pre-ordered items:

  • Your payment will be taken at the time of pre-order
  • You'll receive an estimated dispatch date in your order confirmation
  • We'll keep you updated on your pre-order status via email
  • Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available

Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you need further assistance, please contact us at hello@cuurve.co.

Missing or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that items are missing from your order or you've received incorrect items, please contact us at hello@cuurve.co within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged, please email hello@cuurve.co with photos of the damaged items and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Collection Points & Special Instructions

Currently, we do not offer delivery to collection points or locker services. If you have special delivery instructions, please add these in the notes section during checkout.
