All Products are described as accurately as possible on our Website. However, slight variations in colour, material, and sizing may occur due to the nature of sustainable fabrics and handcrafted manufacturing processes.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders for which you have already received an order confirmation.
Stock Availability
All Products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Products you have ordered are not available.
Ordering Process
How to Place an Order
You can place an order through our Website by selecting Products and proceeding through the checkout process. When you place an order, you are offering to purchase Products from us.
Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. An order is not accepted until we send you confirmation via email that your order has been accepted.
Pre-Orders
For pre-ordered items, estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed. By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase the Product when it becomes available. Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before shipping without penalty.

Delivery Delays
Whilst we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the UK, more countries to be added soon! Additional restrictions may apply to certain areas.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@cuurve.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be sent back within 14 days after we have confirmed your return request.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items, subject to inspection. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or style is not available for exchange, we will issue a refund per our refund policy.
Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty Product, please contact us at hello@cuurve.co immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs involved.
